Wren Stephens has concocted the plan to travel to Capitol, the largest city in Middurn, with the intent to find information on the Chained One from the much more complete library they offer there. In order to do this, Wren, along with her new girlfriend Delle Ordenweald, states that she is interested in visiting Capitol University to see if that's where she might apply for school the following year, which was enough to convince Ms. Ordenweald and her father, Daniel Stephens.
